Delivery
We ship across the UK from our warehouse, typically dispatching in-stock orders the same or next business day.
UK delivery options
- Free standard delivery — on all orders over £50
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days) — £3.99
- Express delivery (1–2 business days) — £7.99
Delivery times are from the point of dispatch, not from when you place your order. You'll receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Larger items
Some floor lamps and larger table lamps ship in oversized packaging and may be delivered by a dedicated courier rather than Royal Mail. These deliveries typically require a signature.
Returns
We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- Items showing signs of use, installation, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted
How to return
Email us at hello@lumino.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid returns label for faulty or incorrectly described items. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method.
